Seafair Soirée: A Night in the Clouds
Join us for the Seafair Soirée: A Night in the Clouds, a black-tie evening hosted on the 75th and 76th floors of the Columbia Tower Club, the highest venue in Seattle. Enjoy breathtaking views alongside curated experiences including guest bartenders from some of the city’s most beloved bars, local winemakers pouring their featured selections, and elevated bites with fresh oyster shuckers and chef-led tastings. Guests can also bid on a curated collection of one-of-a-kind experiences and help raise funds to support Seafair’s growing impact across our region. Women Who Lead: Power Circles Discussion
In honor of Women’s History Month, AAF Seattle invites our entire community to gather and celebrate the women who make our industry stronger, smarter, and more dynamic. This event is designed to spotlight and connect with the women shaping marketing and advertising in meaningful ways. This evening uplifts women’s leadership while creating space for shared dialogue across our community. This isn’t about observing leadership — it’s about engaging with it. Designed for participation rather than presentation, this experience invites you to step directly into the conversation instead of watching it from a stage. The Experience: Power Circles Rather than a traditional panel, we’re hosting Power Circles — small, facilitated discussion groups led by women who have navigated complexity, built credibility, and shaped influence in the industry. Each circle anchors a focused theme, creating space for honest dialogue, perspective-sharing, and meaningful exchange across lived experiences. Conversations unfold in timed rounds throughout the evening. You’ll rotate between circles, gaining new insights and perspectives at each table, while facilitators remain to guide and deepen their theme. The result is dynamic, intentional connection — multiple meaningful exchanges in one thoughtfully curated experience. Topics and themes to be explored include: Navigating influence and credibility in complex environments Women in a male-dominated industry Negotiating power, compensation, and visibility Leadership without sacrificing authenticity Career pivots, reinvention, and calculated risk Sponsorship, mentorship, and building strategic advocates Setting boundaries while scaling ambition Leading through uncertainty and organizational change Redefining success on your own terms The invisible labor often carried in leadership roles Owning your voice in high-stakes rooms $20 per person. includes apps.
