20-20-20 Class in Ardea Fitness Center
20-20-20 Class in Ardea Fitness Center Fridays | 9:30 a.m. Turn up the energy and ride with us in this high-intensity cycle class designed to challenge all fitness levels. Expect motivating music, guided intervals, climbs, sprints, and an invigorating workout that builds endurance, burns calories, and leaves you feeling stronger with every ride. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned cyclist, this class is your chance to sweat, push your limits, and have fun doing it. Reservations for cycle classes open 48 hours in advance at 12 p.m. maximum 2 registrations per membership. Due to limited bikes, registration is required to attend. Be sure to reserve your spot! Reserve a bike so you don't have to be turned away and save yourself some time! Complimentary event for Members, limited to 14 participants.
